1. About this policy
This policy describes how Deepak handles information in the Arrowigo mobile game and on this website. It covers local game saves, advertising, usage analytics, crash reports, and support messages.
Arrowigo does not require an account. You do not need to give us your name, email address, contacts, or precise location to play.
2. Information used by Arrowigo
Game progress on your device
The app stores your current puzzle, cleared arrows, hearts, undo history, unlocked levels, best results, and settings locally. These saves allow you to continue playing on the same device. Arrowigo does not provide an account-based cloud save service.
Usage analytics
When Usage analytics is enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase receives gameplay events such as starting or finishing a level, restarting, blocked moves, using hints, requesting or earning undo, and ad displays. Events can include the level number, outcome, remaining hearts, or time spent. The service may also process app-instance identifiers, device and app information, and approximate location inferred from network information.
Crash and diagnostic reports
When Crash reports is enabled, Firebase Crashlytics processes information about errors, crashes, app and operating-system versions, device characteristics, and installation identifiers. Reports may include the current level, hearts, arrows remaining, and recent game events to help us understand and fix problems.
Purchases
Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase. Apple or Google processes payment through its store; Arrowigo does not receive your payment-card or bank details. The app uses store-provided product and transaction information to unlock and restore the purchase, and saves the ad-free entitlement on your device. When you enable usage analytics, Firebase may measure purchase events, including the product, price and app-instance identifier. Buying Remove Ads stops in-game advertising and makes Undo ad-free, but does not change your separate analytics and crash-report choices.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information and attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and investigate your request.
3. Advertising and privacy choices
Arrowigo uses Google AdMob. The app offers optional rewarded ads for undo, and may show interstitial ads when you complete or restart a level. Ad availability can vary.
Google’s advertising services may collect and share IP addresses, approximate location, advertising or other device identifiers, interactions with ads and the app, and diagnostic information. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, support advertising services, and prevent fraud. The information processed depends on your region, device settings, consent choices, and the ad services involved. Updated iPhone builds request non-personalized ads and disable publisher first-party ID; they do not request access to Apple’s advertising identifier. Advertising still requires some information for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
Where required, Google’s consent system presents a privacy message. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices when that option is shown. You can also manage your advertising identifier and related permissions in your device settings.
Arrowigo publishes an app-ads.txt file to identify its authorized advertising seller for AdMob.

4. Why information is processed
Information is used to remember your game progress and preferences, understand how puzzles are played, diagnose technical issues, deliver and measure advertising, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
Depending on the purpose and your location, processing may be based on providing the requested service, consent where required, legitimate interests such as maintaining and improving the game, or legal obligations. 5. Your controls
- Usage analytics: choose whether to share activity through Settings → Analytics & crash choices.
- Crash reports: manage diagnostic collection separately in Settings → Analytics & crash choices.
- Ad privacy choices: review or change advertising choices when this setting is available.
- Local progress: clearing app data or removing the app may delete local saves. Device backups may retain or restore data depending on your operating-system settings.
Updated builds keep usage analytics and crash reporting off until you choose to share them. The first privacy screen offers independent choices and a Continue without sharing option. Earlier test builds may have enabled these services by default; their Settings controls can be used to turn them off. Turning collection off does not automatically delete information already sent. Advertising choices are managed separately from these switches.
6. Service providers and sharing
Google AdMob provides advertising. Google Analytics for Firebase provides usage measurement, and Firebase Crashlytics provides crash diagnostics. This website is served through Firebase Hosting. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with law or protect the safety, security, and rights of users and the service. Service providers may process information in countries outside your own.

7. This website
This website does not include advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or an account system. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Opening an email link uses your own email application. The in-game Privacy Policy button opens this policy in your browser.
Firebase Hosting processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver the website and detect abuse. Google describes its handling of Hosting data in the Firebase privacy information linked above. Visiting external links is subject to the destination’s privacy policy.
8. Retention and security
Game saves remain on your device until removed or replaced. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to address the request and related issues or obligations. Analytics and advertising data follow the applicable service settings and provider retention practices. Firebase states that Crashlytics keeps crash information and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from its systems.
The website uses HTTPS, and the Google services used by the app protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Privacy requests and children
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information, obtain a copy, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a local privacy authority. Contact us using the details below to make a request. Since Arrowigo has no account system, we may need information that helps locate records associated with your request.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through Arrowigo or a support message, please contact us. Do not send a child’s unnecessary personal details. We will review the request and take appropriate action.
